How to use the broadcast function on SEA1 ?

The broadcast function makes you can share the resoureces which are recording on SEA1 , some tips as follows:

1)Download the App named VLC , which is a world -ready media player , you can choose available language(English or Chinese language )as you like ;

2)Make sure that all devices are in the same local areal network(Lan) , in a nutshell , your computer , TV-set , TV-box are needed to connected with the same router ;

3)Connect the SEA1 well and start to have a recording about vedio with the HDMI app ;

4)Open the VLC , Input the IP address which SEA1 shows and then you can enjoy fun freely.

I've still not been able to get Broadcasting to work. I've downloaded two apps which that use URL playback (VLC & ServeStream) but unable to connect. I use default 224.0.0.1 I.P. Any ideas?

i have try 5 houres long to find out what i am doing wrong
i try diffent ip streams

use:
i have use the original ip
UDP://@:224.0.0.1:7890 in vlc and webbrowser
UDP://@:7890 in vlc and webbrowser
disable all firewall in my network so my pc and router
i have opent openWrt and see it is sending and where it is sending to

i have change it from ts to mp4 and to low res
if some know what i do wrong please let me know
