Thanks PhantOm'' - should have mentioned that the only way I could get the box to update to 313mo was to place the zip in the cache folder and use the "update from cache" choice in the android root screen . Is there a reason it updated this way but not from the sdcard/usb method. The only reason I ask is that - If and when the 7.1 update comes I would prefer not to have to resort to this method again.

The SD Card was formatted with FAT32 partition? And the three files were placed on the main root directory? .AML, .IMG and the .zip file which you do not extract.

After intalling the update my gt1 also stop working wifi and btw with the same error on mac address and then i realize that I wrongly choose the OTA update for gt1 ultimate. After reading all issues with this problem I update last night with last firmware and compatible with my S/N a912. Problem solve, now I have firmeware 313MO and wifi and bwt running. The only thing I would like to change or be able to personalize are the main buttons of my gt1, primary the MOVIE PLAYER button. Can anyone know how to do this?
