Developers! You have a conscience?! Not one of the last post before the end of the answer was not given! Firmware raw! Attitude to customers is disgusting! With such support you will not last long. I'm not your client anymore anyway... :@

Same here. This was definitely my first and the last device by Beelink. Nor I recommend anyone buying this brand. No support, no firmware development. Support is too busy to answer us here - great! :curse:

I was considering one of these boxes but it does seem that development has ceased and based upon the lack of responses to many threads on here, the support team have abandoned users.

Yes! Too bad! The device is well made and accessories are good! Could be a hit with normal software support.

I did note that the user Superceleron, over at Freaktab has done some work to improve the firmware and has stated that he will be doing some more work based upon 106, so it makes me wonder why Beelink can't help him out in providing the necessary SDK to produce a better firmware that would result in more sales.

It's a mystery to me, too... Apparently, they just don't care about the users.

Business as usual. Do not buy the cheapest ones and if you have bought, forget about support.
You can only notice others in Facebook, youtube and etc to warn and protect from beelink.
