Hello,
I received the beelink gt1 ultimate (32GB / 3GB) a few days ago and I have 2 problems:
1. I am connected to the internet via an ethernet cable and every time the internet is disconnected and I have this icon "..." "!" And the Internet disconnects, when I disconnect the cable and reconnect it so sometimes the connection works out and sometimes not (the device does not recognize that there is a connection). How can I solve the problem so that there is a continuous connection?
2. When I play video from YouTube, video in Cody or even video files on the USB device the sound does not work for a while and after it starts working I tried to open the files in several players and all of them have the same problem. How can I solve the problem? Thanks.
