Wake on LAN Not Working - Power on AC Loss Needs to Be Added - AP42

We recently purchased several new BEELINK AP42 mini pcs.

Our intention is to use these as mini servers, but they don’t seem to support wake on line or AC power restore.

·         Wake On Lan – This option IS in the bios but does not work.  I have tried several tools and none of them can wake this machine.
·         AC Power Restore – This option is NOT in the bios, but is needed for this to work as a server.  I’ve never seen a bios that didn’t have this as a feature.  Basically, if power is lost with machine on, it should restore to the ON state.

Please let me know if this can be done.  Otherwise I will have to return all these mini computers.

This is very helpful option in any case, not server only but media torrent client as well.
Please add Restore on AC Power Loss option into BIOS if it's possible.
