While we've lamented the two different wireless chipsets used in the original GT1 (AMPAK AP6255 & Qualcomm QCA9377), there seems to be even more variation in the internals for the GT1 Ultimate.  For example, when I received my GT1 Ultimate yesterday, I was initially glad to see that I got the same S912DDR4 3G/32G configuration that Superceleron received.  In truth, however, I received a much different unit.

Mine:
eMMC : Samsung KLMBG4GEAC
Wireless: Longsys LTM8830

Superceleron's:
eMMC: Sandisk
Wireless: AMPAK AP6255

And who knows what different components they may have for DRAM, but I didn't want to remove the shield to find out.

Interestingly enough, these still use the same motherboard:  GT-G-V10_20161015

Also, the circled pins on Superceleron's board are the ones we short to enable Mask ROM Mode, something essential for reseting a unit after a bad firmware flash.  This works on Superceleron's board, but not mine.  What we suspect is that
Beelink used the same PCB,
changed the NAND eMMC chips,
but forgot that the mask mode on diferent brand chips have diferent pins.

So, my question for Beelink is:  How are we supposed to create custom firmware for this SKU when you have so many internal variations in hardware?  And can you help us simplify this effort so that there are fewer permutations and inconsistencies?

BTW, there's another set of pins identified for entering Mask ROM Mode here, but this also didn't work for me:

I've got A912 2/32 and I thought I have AP6255 chip until I decided to change stock 113 firmware to 707N0.
After that I had a problems with bluetooth audio stuttering.
And then teardown the box revealed that chip in my A912 is LTM8830.

any suggestions, where to obtain a proper firmware?

In my case, the s/n label was started A912 but inside there was a S912 2/32Gb model board.
