problem with the remote control tv

this box has an annoying problem.
when I turn on the tv with the remote control, the box also turn on, maybe there is an interference with the tv remote control?
can this issue be resolved in the next release of the firmware?

I know very well that if i put in off the option hdmi cec the box does not turn on.
Maybe I did not explain it well.
I don't understand why, the box turns on when I turn on the TV, or alternatively, because the box don't turn off, when I turn off the TV.
this is the bug.
