Blue Screen of Death error - can't install windows 10 of

I get a blue screen of death with
1. Stop Code : System PTE misuse error OR
2. Stop Code : MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error

To help fix this problem I downloaded the Windows 10 installation from this website.

While installing I got the following error:
A blue screen of death with errror: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (win32kbase.sys)

This last error happens when i am running the "Applying the image from Udisk" on the windows 10 installations. It happens around 50-56% completion

I now cannot log into the device at all and I need help as my unit is now not functioning. I have only started using it 1 day ago and it is brand new.

What can I do to get help for this please ??????

Dear friend , which type is your product? Are you referring to the SEA1 or others ?please clarify your product type ,if you don't now how to identify the type , you can take a photo of the product's back which marked with the edition information .good luck to you ,thank you . :loveliness:

Seems to be hardware related. i was able to install this Image, but got many different BSODs afterwards. I could update to win10 1703 und 1709, but still get BSODs. Mostly when installing anything, making updates or short after Login. Sometimes later with edge. I installed a new System on the second SSD and there it is the same. Pity about the time to get a brick working like a PC.
