Hello,
I have emailed about my problems and nobody replied. So I am trying to update my SEA 1 firmware. OTA doesn't seems to work so I tried downloading the files above. When I try to open them on Windows 10 laptop it says Windows cannot open.....   .zip file invalid
Please help solve this problem, I do not want to return this expensive machine because it doesn't function properly. It is bad that a global supplier of Android TV Boxes cannot even produce an OTA update to solve INBUILT problems.

Someone assist me please.

now , we can make sure that the most format can be recognized by SEA1, sometime it may because that you dosen't insert the HD correctly . :lol  just like the pictures as follows .
