Windows not Activated

Hi.

I purchased two Beelink BT3 Mini PCs, which arrived yesterday, and I am very pleased with them so far.

On of the PCs is activated without any problems; however, the other PC says that Windows is not activated and that the key is already in use.
I have tried to activated it by phone, but the automated system also says that the key is already in use on another PC.

Please help me to activate it.

I have received a new licence key from Beelink by email.
The PC is now activated. Thank you for sorting this out so quickly.

Same issue,I solved with activation by phone.
You will get a 7 digits code groups, and you will see a Microsoft phone number.
Use your smartphone to call Microsoft, then confirm the code is made by 7 digits, finally accept to receive a link by sms, you have to confirm that you installed the S.O. only 1 time.
Use the link received on your phone to access to the Microsoft activation web page and insert the activation code inside Windows 10 blank boxes.

I´ve updated BIOS ans OS to 64 bits and in the second Mini PC windows is not activated.
How can I activate windows?
