Thank you for your effort to help - however please note my questions carefully; I already understand how to update the firmware directly - that was not MY question (although others have indicated need for that)
Again
1. Why are you not providing this as OTA (my box says it is up to date)
2. Can you please publish release notes as to what the latest firmware addresses
3. It would also be much simpler if you could publish the update zip file rather than the image file.
