Hi,
I just bought this device and was excited to set it up and use it. the problem I'm facing is when I use SUBTV to watch my channels, it workfor less than five minute and then load and the picture freeze, nothing happen after that. so I have to close the program and open it again. I download another software "univers TV" the same problem is there. and most of the time I can not enjoy the device because it restart or applaication stopped working which is really furstraited.
the software version of the device is :SEA 1_105M0_20170520-1836
I need help please.
