Hello

I have a Pocket P2 which works just few days.
After that he refuse to boot.
When I power-up the device the blue led is on but
don't send any image to the monitor/TV.

I find another user with the same problem;
he post a video --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OO3Spv0Eeqk

Is any change to reset the device?

Thanks
doru

I Have a solution. You Have to remove the case and disconnect the battery for 30 seconde. Then it wil boot agen but you Have to reinstall a Clean Windows 10 because the beelink Version is the problem.

Realy? Beside the fact that will be lost the warranty, how can I remove the case? Don't have any screw.
I suppose the red bottom is some cover but I don't know how to remove.

Any case thanks for the suggestion, pasmaskas.

You have some suggestion how to remove the case, please?

Thanks for your time.

Really, I don't understand why some from beelink don't post some opinion about that problem.
When I opened a thread on beelink forum my expectations was to have some reply from beelink staff.

Regards

Hello

pasmaskas, thanks a lot !

your solution work ...

For another users with the same problem, for BIOS reset on Beelink Pocket P2 this are the steps:

- on the HDMI end, remove the plastic adhezive shield; that will give access to for screws
- unscrew the screws; I used a Philips drive cod PH0
- hold with one hand the Beelink black case and gently push on HDMI connector;
that will be slide the main board and red bottom together
- remove the battery connector
- wait some time (30 seconds as pasmaskas sugesstion)
- reconnect and assembly using above steps but backward

thanks

Your welcome sorry for the late reaction.

Also reinstall windows 10 with a fresh version! Otherwise it will happen again.
