GT1 Ultimate 32bit or 64bit?

Ok I have Looked all over and Cannot Get A Decent Answer. Can Someone verify if OS is 64 or 32 bit. I have A New Unit Coming And I Hope I Have Made A Good Choice.

Wow, Why Make A High Performance Box ,Then Use A 32bit OS. Does Not make sense. Hopefully It Does not Effect Performance Much.
