GT1 Ultimate - Actually only 2GB of RAM?

I received my GT1 Ultimate last week in the mail. It seems to work fine, no real complaints, however, I was looking through the settings and system information and it states that it only has 2GB of RAM rather than the 3GB that it's supposed to have. Anyone else notice this?

I have the same issue... Bought a GT1 ultimate from gearbest about a month ago, and I just noticed that it has only ~1.8 GB RAM ! I tested a few different hardware info apps, all gave me the same result, as you can see in the following CPU-Z screenshot :



So far I have not found a way to tell if it is DDR3 or DDR4, so I can't tell if this is also scam.

(My GT1 has clearly the ultimate sticker on top, and on the box they specify that it contains 3GB DDR4 RAM - same as the picture sent by Inspex)

So Bee-link, what is this ? :@

Send them AIDA Screenshot - Your Box Picture - Beelink Website Spec page - and perhaps Wikipedia link where clearly explain Ram and Rom.

One more thing if you get another member with 3 GB GT1 Ultimate with their screen shot it will be great to build up your argument/claim against Gear Best.....(I own normal GT1 only).

I think in this case sole responsibility goes to Beelink themselves.

Beelink use the unsold 32 GB ROM Stock  and ADD 1 GB more RAM and bring into the market as Ultimate....This is Factory level Error.

Looking the AIDA screenshot you got 32 GB ROM GT1 Model which comes with only 2 GB ROM.

Your Box is not the GT1 Ultimate.

Go To Google play store and install AIDA64 or similar software and check the result.

If it shows the same 2GB contact seller about the issue.

The box also says "Ultimate" on the top of it, so the mistake is either deliberate, or a screw-up from the factory. Either way, I wonder how many other "GT1 Ultimate" boxes are floating around out there with 2GB RAM. The 32GB ROM also seems a few GB short of the normal ~29GB available on a 32GB drive. I don't think I will even bother with this product again. I had such high hopes for it. I have a couple of the Mini M8S II boxes coming any day. Hopefully those will not disappoint. :(

That is my point. It appears as though it is a standard GT1 box. I paid for the GT1 Ultimate. The box says Ultimate and the packaging also states 3GB ram. This does not seem like an accident to me.
