Problem with Google Play

I experience a issue where Google Play says I'm not authorised to download apps and I must log in. Only way to fix is to clear data from Google Play Services and Google Play apps. This works, but next time I restart the problem is back.
107L1 firmware.

Try with wifi connection, disconnect ethernet
