Dear Sirs/Madam,

I bought a GT1 Ultimate trough Gearbest and having som trouble to get it playing smooth, with not even HD content (plays okay with ACrayn

Now I was reading on the inter net for information but there seems to bee different models.
So I was checking my Serial nr. AX12GSKH****, but I found that they should start with S912 or G912.

I'm connecting it with HDMI and Optical cable, further no special things, tried Kodi, VLC, MX player and the build in ones.
They all stutter and give blocking on the screen.





please advise.
