cannot start playing FIFA Mobile

Hi.

Fifa Mobile start loading and appears TAP TO PLAY prompt. But when I click to this prompt either with mouse or gamepad, nothing happened.
What is wrong??

In fact no game which had installed plays. Neither Asphalt 8 or NBA live.
NBA Live crashes and Asphalt 8 ask me to download additional 1.3 Gb data via wifi. I must unplug ethernet cable for enabling wifi in Asphalt8. After that, is trying to download updates with no success.

Is this all known issues or my device has problem??

Have u found a solution for the problem? I have the same problem too. For the time being i am using ppsspp emulator
