I have a MINI MXIII device which I bought a while back. I use a modem given by Spectrum/Time Warner Cable company. Now they upgraded my sevice and gave me a new modem with built in Router.. the problem is, this MINI MXIII device don't connect directly to the new MODEM-ROUTER. It gives me an authentication error. Can you please help me with this issue. I contacted the cable provider every other device connects to that modem-router except this.
