I'm not an administrator nor an expert on the Beelink SEA I, but I have a feeling you need to update your firmware in order to restore your TV box.


You're going to need a Windows PC and a USB A-Male/A-Male Cable. As well as installation software and the latest firmware image.


Warning- if you use the USB A-Male/A-Male Cable for any other reason but this update, you're likely going to start a fire. Example: if you use this cable to connect a laptop and desktop PC, sparks are going to fly…

Follow the instructions and the link to this PDF and you should be fine…

With your model, you shouldn't have to worry about the DHCP key. So, leave that area blank.

Ordered a USB A to USB A cable. Loaded the update. Software won't proceed without the BIN file (DHCP key).

I just put a hard drive in and it went to the recovery screen, I repowered and it doesn't see the drive.
I would make a new thread but I don't have enough points ? yet....

Ok, I formatted it as exFat on a PC and it works now.
But every once in a while the HDMI screen just closes for no reason.
And it it possible to make this a chromecast receiver ?

I also have a prpblem all hdmi input fails due to a protection message and/or when it works I only get AUCIO, is there any app that can make it work or fix for this issue?

I would like to use this box as web-server for any php&sql-tools
The very small energy consumption by moderate achievement, make this box ideal as a server.

I had not been using this box for a long time, so I don't know way my update is newer as this offered here?
My system version is SEAI_105M0_20170520-1973

Does any know anything about this version, a use with "PhpMyAdmin"-alternatives on this box?
