Hi again what do I use to flash the firmware, I unpacked the IMG file and re-compressed it to zip format, the Wireless update reads the zip file, it says pasting, then it reboots and when it resumes it's still the same I_100MO_20170214_0227 version. A little help thanks.

it not work like than... i tried but fail...

copy to usb thumb drive... hold reset button plug in power (yet to try)

Tried that but it freezes at the Beelink logo.

Method of operation:
1、Install the software(setup.exe)
2、Open the software(Launch rtumdfsample.exe)
3、Click 'open' to import firmware
4、Insert USB cable to 'USB 3.0' port on board
5、Power on
6、Waiting for burning to 100%

Thanks for the info, but one last thing, I installed the software on my PC, and all I have with me here is a standard USB to to micro USB cable. Do I need to get a USB cable with standard size on both ends for this to work?

Yea I got the same error, and the screen blanks out too, I managed to get to the updates screen and it shows that the firmware was updated, and that nagging lighthouse error that flashes until you enter the City for the weather information. The screen is still blanking out everytime you unplug and plug back in the HDMI cable and HDCP does not exist error shows. By chance do you know where to get the original firmware? when I factory reset it resets to the updated firmware, and not the original one.
