So, in the case of the Black Screen of Death, this seems to be from a corrupted bootloader. Any attempts to flash an Amlogic burn package (.img file) from USB Burning Tool fail because the unit isn't recognized when the USB OTG cable is connected. Likewise, attempting to flash using an SD card created with BootcardMaker will also fail, since the bootloader isn't running.
At this point, Mask ROM Mode is really our only hope to revive the unit, but the eMMC uses an FBGA package which sandwiches the pins between the chip and the PCB...making shorting pins much more difficult. There were a couple of other locations suggested online that I documented here, but none of them have worked for me.

A Beelink box that don't boot-up, TV has no signal. The only thing for certain is that the Beelink Android TV box has power as shown by looking at the Beelink unit LED to see if It is powered up.
You should be-able to restore the Beelink Android TV box without taking the box apart and jumping PINs which likely VOID your warranty. We have several different versions already of the Beelink GT1 Ultimate boxes, and you'll likely anyways to cause permanent damage to the box and VOID your warranty. If your box is in warranty and you not an expert whom familiar with Beelink boxes. Don't try PIN jumping even if you read others successful and giving instructions on the operation to take to fix your dead Beelink box.
As I was saying, you should be-able to restore by using your Windows PC and using USB Cable with Male-to-Male ends. You'll need the tool that flashes the firmware from a Windows PC to the Beelink Android TV box. You need the appropriate tool for your box type, and in my case it's USB Burning Tool and more exactly the Amlogic USB Burning Tool. Take note that there are several versions of Amlogic USB Burning Tool and currently up-to version 2.0.8. However currently Beelink recommends version 2.0.5.15 Build 8 ... based on the official Beelink sharing of this utility on the post titled
' Beelink Amlogic--Android TV BOX Upgrade Tools ' under ' Beelink Amlogic--Android TV BOX Upgrade Tools ' forum.
In my case for my Beelink GT1 with S/N starting with G912 I'll need the GT1 9377 firmware package for my Beelink GT1 Ultimate Amlogic unit.
