Let's get the terribly obvious out of the way.

Ensure your power adapter is both connected properly to the proper input on the back of the box as well as plugged into the wall. If this has been completed, check the outlet to confirm it is working properly.

The next thing I would personally try is to turn the device over so you can see the Reset hole.

1. Ensure the power is disconnected from the box
2. Using a needle or something small enough to fit into the hole, push in until you feel the button inside press.
3. Keeping the button pressed, plug in the power cord to the back. Keep holding the button until you see the logo)

What this does is boot into recovery mode. If following these steps you still get nothing, you might have a defective power cord or a DOA box (DOA = Dead Upon Arrival).
If the box is new I would contact whomever you made the purchase through to have them send a new adapter or complete box.

I think  that from the 1st time you didn't make clear what you are asking.
I suspect that what you are really asking is that when you put the current adapter in the outlet your TV Box automatically turns on, while you want it to stay OFF until you press ON at the remote control.
Is this your question?

@athkalaf, I think you are right and @kmh it's normal, there is no need to pull the adapter from wall socket each time...

Man I had to read this a few times.

1. Leave box plugged in
2. Hit remote power button
3. Box turns on

This is the normal way things work if not tell us what the problem is.

You are all .. dumb or ?
kmh, your question is perfectly clear, no you can't, the device will turn on as soon as you plug the power outlet in, i find it annoying too... bad design.

So you came here 20 days later to say that everybody is "dump" and the question was clear from the beginning. So the following initial question was clear to you from the first time:

Model : GT1 Ultimate
I have a question
turn on the GT1 when the adapter is connected
Can not turn it on?

So if you are so smart and everybody else is "dump" why you did't answer this "clear" question 20 days earlier? So to save all the other "dumbs" ?
