screen colour problem

Hi, i received the item,but when it opens after 3-4 seconds the screen becomes black.it is running but i can not see anything.When i close it ,it closes so it works but has a display issue.

Probably has to do with colours, RGB choice or something like that.If i knew the steps to go to the specific part of the menu to change the setting i could perhaps fix it.But without see nothing i can not use it and it is a not working properly item.
Please take care of this....

same here, already tested with other tv box android just this have problem if i set rgb on color menu

Try unplugging and replugging the hdmi cable with the box running. That should fix it.

try put hdmi cable first before power....

this bring back to default yuv 4k/24hz but not resolve the rgb problem, and my tv support rgb with other devices

According to Bee Link, the RGB profile is only to be used with certain older hd tv models (from philips mainly) and is not meant to be used on more modern TVs.

I have the same problem with my sony bravia kdl 40bx400 (june 2010 tv).
After forcing the rgb output... the screen goes black.
Regreting alread the money spent on the gt1 ultimate...

Any news with this issue? i also have the same problem with the gt1 ultimate (black screen after forcing the rgb). My tv its the sony bravia kdl 40bx400 from june of 2010.
