USB driver problem with Windows 10 64bit

I have a question.
How does firmware update button work?

I have Realtek 1195 box is very easy to update firmware, don't need computer,don't need software ,don't need any driver, don't need any key files just put the firmware in USB drive, Plug to the box and press and hold this button then turn on the box - the box will update firmware automatic. but for beelink box I try but it does not work.!!!!

If anyone know how to use this button please tell me.

I don't remember consistently my actions, but I suggest to try 2 ways.
1. Disconnect the tvbox from the laptop. To remove the unknown device in device Manager. Connect the tvbox to the laptop. Check in device Manager, as defined tvbox.
If that doesn't work, try method 2.
2. Disconnect the tvbox from the laptop. To remove the unknown device in device Manager. Install TV BOX Upgrade Tools with administrator rights (right click and run as administrator - this is important) Connect the tvbox to the laptop. Check in device Manager, as defined tvbox.

I thinks my box have a problem with USB3 port. It not work properly.
Firstime when the box came from supplier - When I plug thumbdrive to USB3 port to box self reboot with loop many time.
I thinks the firmware does not stable , So I want to update firmware but not success.
With 3 computer it alway stuck with same error messages.
So I thinks actualy the problem was came from USB3 port - not the firmware.

I take new computer format it - reinstall install fresh windows 7 32bit and install driver it look seem to be ok.
The driver work properly.

The icon turn to green color - the box and the computer can connected together.

But when I try to flash new firmware it still show the same error msg.!!!!!!!!!!!

Same error detail.

You will again repeat the same mistake!!!! Set like on my screenshot!!!
And don't touch anything anymore!!!!
In the settings you need to set EMMC!!!!!!!

I have the same problem with windows 10 64 bit. My computer does not see the tvbox. I did all according the instruction. What is wrong?
Error code 10 Realtek generic USB class driver.
