How To Unroot The Device

Hi,

I just got this box and found out it is rooted, which is a problem, since I got it to use the Sony PS Vue app to watch TV. It won't work on rooted devices. Does anyone know how to unroot this device? Thanks.

hi，dear customer！once you removed the root，you couldn't OTA update。unless you manual update

remove root: 1. install "ES file manager" and turn on. 2. open "Root Explorer". 3. find Local > Device > system > xbin > su and daemonsu, then delete. 4. reboot the device.

i tried to unroot my minimx3 too, but when i delete 'su' and 'deamonsu' i can't reboot or power it off, and if i disconnect the power supply and connect it, the device stuck in bootloop..
i managed to fix the bootloop, but still can't delete the files.
even when i'm using hide my root i can't reboot or turn off...
is there an actuall working way to unroot? maybe unrooted firmware for fresh install?
