Got the same issue (stuck at 7%). Tried 7x times in one of the USB ports and got stuck at 7%. Changed the USB port, connected power supply this time and it moved to 9%(download aml dub) from where it didn’t moved further. On this second USB port disconnected the power supply and didn’t move from the 7% again. Moved back to original USB port and connected power supply and it moved to 9% this time, but no joy on moving further.

Changed USB cable, used second USB port and left power connected and didn’t moved from 9% again

Checked some forums and saw someone suggesting to select Force erase all and it worked :P (went all the way to 100%)
