Big Problem! AP34 and AP34 ultimate

Hi Beelink,

i bought a brand new beelink ap34 ultimate with 8gb ram.


My problem in short:

My brand logitech mouse keyboard combo with nano receiver is not recognized by the system. Windows dont install the needed drivers.

Logitech dont offer at Site any drivers. There slogan is plug and play if we have a win10 operating system.


If i put the nano receiver onto my laptop with usb 2.0 , everything works.


For sure its an usb 3.0 issue .

The new Ap34 ulimate has just 3.0 usb INPUT.

My other ap34 shows me the same issue.

Sounds like a USB Legacy Mode issue with the BIOS! Could you update the Bios please?

Many users cant work with wireless Mouse and Keyboards!!!


Which driver do i need ? I would be very thankfull.

You could just hook up a well shielded USB 2.0 extension cable (maybe 3 or 6ft), and place your wireless dongle on the end of that, far enough away from the computer. This should dissipate any wifi interference from the USB 3.0 port it's plugged into.

I have the same problem. My wireless Mouse and Keyboards can only work within 1.5m from the AP34.
