Make sure to turn on 2.4ghz on your router

I bought Beelink GT1_109. Wi FI connection Beelink GT1_109 with the router at a frequency 2.4.GHz low speed. My phone has high-speed Wi FI connection to the router on 2.4.GHz frequency. How to set up a high speed Wi FI connection Beelink GT1_109 with the router at a frequency 2.4.GHz?
My router has WI FI network only 2.4 GHz.
