Apps closing automatically, how to enable multitasking?

Hi at all, in my Beelink box there is no real multitasking, everytime I press HOME button or switch to another app the last app closes immediately, it happen to EVERY app. For example: I'm listening to music in Spotify, then I press HOME button and Spotify closes automatically. It happen for EVERY app.Tried factory reset and flash latest firmware with full wipe...


Is there a way to fix it?
