PCIe 5.0 on GTI14 and EX Docking station

Why doesn't PCI e 5.0 work with 5070TI on GTI 14 with a non-PRO dock? The mini Pc is rebooting. If you set PCIe 4.0 mode in the BIOS, then everything works fine.How can I fix this?

Hi there, because the non-PRO dock doesn't have PCIE 5.0 chip.
