SER6 PRO Windowsi issue

Hello, we have an issue with a SER6 Pro; in Windows it would shut down after a couple of minutes. We tried a new OS, and new disk, and new bios, and it passed memtest but every time you would try to install Windows, it would crash, if you put an SSD with windows already on it, it would just crash and give BSODs. Some of the BSOD codes it throws are: irql_not_less_or_equal, kernel auto boost lock invalid release. SN of the device: 7735H3EF20172 Model: SER6 PRO-E32512EJ0W64PRO-V12

We were wondering if maybe you have any idea what we can try to fix this issue. (Maybe some other bios or something?)

Hello Lovro,

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Maybe your machine need to update the BIOS and then reinstall the system.

Hello there,

Your BIOS is the lastest.

Judging from the SN serial number of the machine you provided, your machine is no longer within the warranty period, so I suggest you  take your machine to your local repair shop.

Or you can consider sending the machine back to China for repair,  but you need to pay the corresponding maintenance costs and freight, is that acceptable to you?

There could be a problem with the motherboard of the machine.
