Sound Issue With SER8 (SER8 的声音问题)

I want to set up a dual boot with Linux on my newly purchased SER8. However, I’m encountering sound issues after installing two Linux distros: Pop!_OS 24.04 and Zorin 17.3 separately. The sound is barely audible on Pop!_OS, and there is no sound at all on Zorin. I've been informed that the likely cause is incompatibility between the new hardware and the older Linux distro packages. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine and a picture of purchase invoice?

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Maybe updating the BIOS can solve the problem.
