Need SER5 Bios File

My Ser5 Bios is dated 2023 and i believe it may be causing some issues with some of the latest windows 11 updates and i was not ablto locate the most recent Bios file. If you could please Assist with locating the correct location to download it or if the file could be sent to me that would be great.

Hello there,

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
