1. Я собираюсь переустановить Windows 11 pro на моем мини-ПК, загрузив iso с сайта Microsoft. Не могли бы вы прислать мне ключ активации
2. Когда я попытался установить драйвер AMD: Adrenalin 25.3.1 для AI 9 HX 370, система зависла. Что мне делать?

①key has been sent on the message board.
②Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS.
Please send us a picture of the Main page.We will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Hello, I have mini PC MINISV1 and I can't access windows 11 any more. The PC start repair and ended with black screen. I try to boot from USB using recovery win 11 and install new ver but also get an error. How can I recover windows ? Ware can I get the win 11 product key ?

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of  SN code at the bottom of machine ？
Then we will send you the corresponding key.

You can try to clear CMOS firstly: First,please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Please press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.  Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.
