SER8 8745HS Bluetooth and Wifi problems

Good afternoon.

I wrote in the new forum 5 days ago but nobody answers me.

I recently bought the SER8 model with the Ryzen 7 8745HS and I am very happy with it. The only thing that happens is that the bluetooth and wifi works very poorly. When playing games with a bluetooth gamepad, anyone who connects performs poorly and even disconnects. This occurs even when the gamepad is 60cm from the computer. It also happens that when you connect headphones via Bluetooth, the sound is interrupted even if you are next to the computer.

With Wi-Fi the signal is not very good even with the router next to the computer. But that matters a little less to me since I have it connected via Ethernet cable.

I have tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling but nothing. It keeps failing. Is it a problem with this model?

I had a SER6 until recently and did not have these problems.

Can you help me please?

Here are the possible solutions :

1、 Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . 2、Please right click the windows--computer management--double click Services--bluetooth--start the service.

3、Please right click the windows ---setting -troubleshooting ---other troubleshooters--- bluetooth---run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.

4、Please go to the windows terminal (admin) >  type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.
