ser7 video driver stopped code 43

Hi!

I got new ser 7 mini pc. But at start - video driver stopped with code 43.
I tried to install/reinstall/clean amd drivers. But it is still doesn't work...
I saw that it can depended with bios version. Where i can find current bios version and where i can get actual version of bios for my mini pc?


My bios version : ser7p5c8v05

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of  SN code at the bottom of machine ?

Then we will send you the corresponding BIOS file.

You can try to clear CMOS firstly: First,please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Please press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.  Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.
