Did you remove the Micro SD Card and test? I've asked you this question couple of days ago, and no word back yet. Almost like you don't want help, you just want Beelink to replace your box.

I have been facing exactely the same problem with a brand new 3/32GB - Android 7.1.2 (today 1 month ago delivered to me by Lazada and hence no guarantee) - starting Kodi and....there it is "process not responsive" and "Kodi not responsive" and...froozen hence no choice but to pull the plug! After 4 weeks of "trial and error" such as factory reset, mirror image, checking all posts on the internet for possible solutions, I gave up and shelved the Beelink. Now back to my "old" box having  Android 6 2/16GB but workng flawless with all add-ons. - It's a pity because the reviews of the GT1 Ultimate are all great. Most probably a Monday morning product with a glitch...!!

I encountered crashes and hangs before... but only because I flashed a firmware version that wasn't meant for the device. I flashed an A912 firmware onto my S912 box.

Flashing the wrong firmware does actually work in my case - it boots up and seems like its working as it should... but after a while I noticed process crashes and errors appearing more and more...

After properly downloading and flashing the right firmware version... my S912 is working flawlessly without any issues.
