Hello there,

The baseplate is to Increase Air Flow.
If your PC still have crashing problem after updating the driver, you can send it back for a replacement.

We replied to you on August 25th, could you please check it ?
Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC   as well as your BIOS version.

Dear Beelink support, I have an issue screen goes black for a few seconds and then comes back, and there is also
occasional flickering happening every few minutes. It happens randomly not while I'm playing games, casually when I am browsing or not in use.

My device is GTR 7 Pro BIOS GTRP01_P5C6V12. I sent an email to your support team on August 11, but I didn't receive a reply regarding the latest bios update.

I appreciate your attention to this matter, and I eagerly await your response.

We have noticed that your PC has reboot issue, you can send the item back for a replacement.

Vocês não vão informar qual é o real problema do GTR7 7940HS? Vocês sabem qual é o problema, mas não informam. Qual o problema do pc ficar reiniciando? Placa mãe com defeito, processador com defeito etc... Qual o problema? Eu tenho em casa 5 pcs da Beelink e gostaria que a Beelink fosse sincera em informar o defeito!

Hello there,

The low ripple and buffer threshold in the original factory memory power supply design results in this issue. This problem can be resolved by reducing the ripple coefficient and increasing the buffer capacity. After verification by MP, it has been confirmed that this solution is feasible and reliable for implementation. Now we add a small board to this PC, so it doesn't have this issue.

Eu efetivamente quero devolver o pc 7940HS e desejo reembolso. Eu não quero substituição! Eu só acetaria substituição se a Beelink efetivamente tivesse fabricado um nova placa mãe. Pois adicionar uma placa para corrigir o problema de modulação mencionado parece mais uma gambiarra do que uma efetiva solução.
Logo, peço orientação a beelink para informar como procedo para devolver o pc 7940HS e ter o REEMBOLSO?

Soaoga, acabei de receber uma resposta da Beelink informando que eles não podem reembolsar o valor pago porque a compra não foi feita através do link "oficial" da empresa, mesmo que a compra tenha sido feita no Aliexpress no canal oficial da Beelink.
A partir da atitude, é possível perceber o "comprometimento" da empresa em resolver o problema.

Eles se oferecem para trocar equipamentos, mas assim como você, estou no Brasil. Até eu mandar o produto, eles confirmaram o recebimento, mandaram o equipamento novo, já estava rodando uns 4 meses.

Comprei a máquina acreditando que fosse um computador de ponta e bom para o trabalho, mas estou apenas tendo dor de cabeça.

Para ajudar, me livrei do meu notebook antigo devido à compra desse equipamento.
Agora imagine esperar de 4 a 6 meses sem computador e sem garantias de que o "novo equipamento" não apresentará o mesmo problema.

Sinceramente, eu esperava pelo menos seriedade da Beelink.
