I have the same issue. It worked for 3 months and suddenly turned blank screen then no rebooting.
The power button doesn't work at all. As soon as I connect power cable, it just spins at high speed and no video output.
I tried to factory-reset but it didn't change anything.
Amazon accepts return if the manufacturer denies warranty service?
I sent email but they didn't reply.

Is this one of the address?

181 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92401

I'll add on that I returned my restart-challenged 5560u to that address, after a string of eamils and, after another string of emails some a bit frustrating, got notification that a replacement would be provided.  In another week plus, a new unit did arrive.  All seems well now on day two  The replacement is not a 5560.

What did they replace with? 5500U? Or a more powerful one?

They are trying to get me to except a 85% refund for a unit with a known flaw ..doesn't seem right to me. I lose 15% of my money plus shipping costs for a pc I didn't break. I think even though I bought it months ago I'm going to try amazon support. See what they say.

And finally .... I need to find replacements... Sooooo....

These SER5 5560u computers with the rest ...

I have found an interesting black screen phenomenon. Sometimes when the PC wakes up, and almost always when I press delete key to enter BIOS, I get a black screen. I have discovered that if I move the mouse or hit the space bar enough the video comes up and all is well. As a last resort, especially when entering BIOS, if I cycle through the HDMI inputs back to the computer HDMI input, the BIOS screen comes up. When I get the black screen it does look like the computer is frozen, but using the methods I described here, the display comes up. It appears to be a computer to display HDMI issue, and not a real lock-up.
