GT-King Pro firmware：915P0

Please help,
I made on my TV Box GT-King Pro their update.
The box starts after that with the prompt I should set up my remote control. Either with Bluetooth or with USB Dongel 2.4 GHz. I have tried both, unfortunately this message comes again and again. I can not do anything else.

What is your series number？
What firmware version did the machine update？

my serial number is SA9HHQCG60081
and I have installed the 916P0 with SD Card

After updating to 916P0 this comes and it goes no further, no setting goes

Hello, I did exactly the same thing.  You have to give yourself a factory setting, nothing else will help you.

Now I don't know exactly, I'm at work, but you have to somehow get into the settings and put the factory settings.  It also gave me a job, but it works.  You have two options and "setting" or "more setting" I know, it's an awkward situation, it also took me a while, but you can click there somehow if you have a remote control Wechip V1 or Wechip V2.
