Hi! I've received the files and the video. "license" folder was not shared by Beelink. I managed to connect my box to my pc, usb tool shows it's successfully connected. Can't flash "gt1-A-wv-key.img", it always show "Key file not exist!" error. Can anyone help, please? Thanks! : )

So I got an email before the holiday, but I wasn't able to update because they didn't give me the license folder so the burning tool can't load the img file. I got another email the other day, but they're still not giving the license folder. I understand there's a language barrier, but the folder is very clearly in the folder above to the img file and the install tool at the beginning of the video, they have to know I need it.

No way to update, the burner give me an error (0x10101002) Romcode/initialize DDR/Identify/Usb control Setup error...
@beelink... please help!
