Hello there,
We have receive your email and have replied you.

Hello.

Yes, I have been talking to you via email.

I was asked to perform the same Windows reinstallation procedure that you gave me, but I already warned you that I did this before and it didn't work. I also said that I already made the change in the Bios to set the fast boot configuration and it didn't work either. I asked, and I'm waiting for a response, if there is any other procedure at the software level that I haven't done yet and we can try.

They suggested returning the unit for repair and said that the model was discontinued. I was unable to accept this, due to several issues that I explained in an email to Beelink. That's why I'm trying to focus on software-level procedures to solve the problem.

Hello there,
Have you updated  your own EGUP driver. Sorry for that.
If it can not work, we suggest you could search for help on your local repair store.
Or you could send the machine back for repairing or replacement under the warranty. The GTR7 is out of production, but we could send you the better machine as replacement if the repairing did not work under the warranty. Pls contact our email for that.
