I was asked to perform the same Windows reinstallation procedure that you gave me, but I already warned you that I did this before and it didn't work. I also said that I already made the change in the Bios to set the fast boot configuration and it didn't work either. I asked, and I'm waiting for a response, if there is any other procedure at the software level that I haven't done yet and we can try.
They suggested returning the unit for repair and said that the model was discontinued. I was unable to accept this, due to several issues that I explained in an email to Beelink. That's why I'm trying to focus on software-level procedures to solve the problem. |
