It did not work for me
I tried using the AV port instead of the HDMI and surprisingly it worked, the downside is that the resolution of the TV is very low and honestly I would prefer to continue using the HDMI port, any alternative solution?

and the REAL S.N. is : SA9XHQCH30273
And my question is how can i replace it by the real one ?

My build.fingerprint is Amlogic/galilei/galilei:9/PPR1.180610.011/20201223:userdebug/test-keys
and here is my device software : galilei-userdebug 0 PPR1.180610.011 20201223 test-keys_20201223_1632
So i want to know if i should install a newest firmware and which one ?

912P0 922X or 916P0 or 915P0

Thanks for the suggestion. The "problem" with GT-King is that there are a lot of different version ...

I also have B922, use DDR4, with works great. I use the pie normal version, but you have also ATV version.

I tried to update yesterday my B922 (through Android menu) and after the update the box did not reboot.
Now I am trying to recover but nothing works. I tried to use 921P0.rar file but download does not even start with USB burning tool.
I also tried the sd card method so I copied the 3 files on a blank sd card, inserted the sd into the box and switched it on but LEDs remain green and nothing happens.
Is there a way to do a full factory reset of the box or anybody could help?

BTW all the links pointing on sharepoint do not work for me. I assume it would be good to check the links for the files are still valid.

it seems that the guys removed the software of the device they produced, but they say that the support is enough. :)
