Also no sellers have any instock for the USA, GearsBest are taking pre orders and you will see that they wont be shipped till middle of June or Late June possiblly longer.

No problem, I have 3 Nvidia sheild's and been waiting for this to be released in the USA and was happy to see it on BeeLinks site but Gearsbest and most sellers in China are doing Pre Sales with a month of waiting and then another month for the shipping.
