Can you provide a picture of the machine's SN code and the main page of the bios? We can confirm whether there is a bios update available.

My BIOS is JTKT001 x64 and S/N A51052LH90090. Below it says U59PRO-E-8512SD0W64PRO-A

We cannot determine the BIOS version from the information you provided. Can you send us the main page of the BIOS so that we can confirm the version?

Sometimes the computer freezes when rebooting. Please give me a new BIOS version.
