Can you tell me another way to download this Windows update file? The Mega website for those who don't pay is very cruel when it comes to downloading this file. It will take days or maybe you won't be able to download it at all.

I was able to download the installation package from your new link. Much faster and more convenient than Mega.

I will proceed with the new installation this weekend and test the EGPU on the USB4 port again.

I mounted the USB flash drive with the files that were inside the package you provided. When reading the installation manual, you show an image where the bootmgr and bootmgr.efi files appear. These files did not come in the package of the new link you provided.

Is this correct?

I started the reinstallation process following your manual exactly and what I had already imagined happened.

I formatted the USB as instructed. I placed all the unzipped files in the root of the USB and restarted the PC pressing F7 several times until I got to the boot menu screen.

When I select the USB port that contains the image and press enter, it simply returns to the mini PC boot screen again and does not leave it.

I still think that the lack of those files I mentioned before (and you said I should not worry about) is the cause of the process not starting. If that is not the problem, then there is a problem with the image provided.

All of this is starting to tire me out. It is hard to trust Beelink support if I cannot even perform a clean installation of the mini PC's factory Windows from a package provided by you to try to solve a hardware problem that should not be happening.

This even creates a fear of losing my equipment, as it doesn't inspire confidence.

Please explain in detail how to solve this?

Hello.

I was able to install Windows 11 Pro that you provided in that file.

I will make some important observations below.

After the complete installation, I tested the two rear USB4 ports and unfortunately, they still show no signs of life. I connect the eGPU, connect the Thunderbolt cable to the USB4 ports and absolutely nothing happens. See the image I attached showing that the installed Windows is 11 Pro 22h2 from your package. My eGPU + RTX 3070 kit shows no signs of life when I connect my Thunderbolt cable to any of the rear USB4 ports on it. I had tested this same kit with the same cable on an Acer notebook with a Thunderbolt port (demonstrated in previous answers) and the notebook recognized the eGPU + RTX 3070, causing the RTX fans to start spinning.

I have attached an image of the device manager showing that the USB 4 ports are listed in Windows, but they do not work with the EGPU. In fact, the GTR7 Pro's BIOS is in fastboot mode, as you explained before, but even that is not helping.

Another important point to mention is that after installing this Windows 11 Pro 22h2, I lost my Windows license and I need Beelink to provide an activation license for this Windows. This mini PC came with original and factory-activated Windows. You can see in one of the images I attached that after installing Windows from your package, the Windows key is deactivated in the system.

Please provide me with my Windows activation key.

Finally, I don't know what else to do to revive these USB 4 ports. I even installed the most recent AMD drivers at your request and that didn't work either (by the way, it even caused a problem with the power button on the mini PC, which was resolved by returning to the factory version of the AMD drivers).

What new options will you provide to try to solve this problem?

PS: Please provide my Windows activation key.
