I'm having the same reboot issues plus a few extras.
Trying to do any task on the PC is unbearable; from sending a simple email to editing a photo.
It was suggested to change the equipment by Beelink, but I don't believe that making the change will solve all these issues.
I am very dissatisfied with the company's lack of clarity in this regard.
The machine restarts or crashes randomly without any excessive CPU or GPU usage. In these restarts, the PC "loses" the bluetooth drivers and even after several attempts, it is without contact. I have to perform a cold shutdown, unplug the charger, and restart again to gain access to the driver. Even after restarting, it doesn't recognize the video through the USB-C port, forcing me to disconnect the cable and connect it again. Not to mention crashes using Lightroom and Photoshop recognition filters; it is necessary to disable the GPU to try to use a graduated filter.
I saw in previous comments about the use of Power Toys with the Awake function, however, in my case it did not work.
I formatted and reinstalled the system at least 4 times, but it didn't work.
Does anyone know if there is any BIOS update to solve these problems?
I'm from Brazil and it's not worth changing the equipment; first by time and second by customs fees. |
