Well, it seems there is no solution. I will not buy any more products from them and I will recommend against buying them.
Bad technical support, bad response time. And they offer no solution. The last one is that they have sent me an email saying that the product is not under warranty and that I should send it to China, which is not very feasible (And I am also paying the shipping costs). And who have no product to replace.
5 months ago I started the thread with the problem and I also contacted support. The product was under warranty... and they have extended it until it is no longer.
What a waste of time and money. How I regret buying this computer. I thought it was a good product and it turned out to be crap.
