E qual seria o problema que está ocorrendo? o PC fica ligado e em um certo tempo ele desliga a tela, desliga as USB, não dá mais vídeo e não responde a nenhum comando. Tem que tirar da tomada, esperar um pouco e depois tentar religar ele. Já testei com outra fonte, testei com outra memória e testei com outro SSD. Obrigado.

And what would be the problem that is occurring? The PC stays on and after a certain time it turns off the screen, disconnects the USB, no longer displays video and does not respond to any command. You have to unplug it, wait a little and then try to turn it back on. I have already tested it with another source, tested it with another memory and tested it with another SSD. Thank you.

Hi there,

① Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the pinhole and press it  for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

② Please check if the PC is overheating.  If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost. Adjust power settings: Adjust the power settings on your PC to optimize performance and reduce heat generation. Lowering the maximum processor state or using power-saving modes can help.Go to control panel ---power option---change to High performance--- change plan setting---advanced setting ---processor power management--- change both 100% to 99% , click save.
